Spacious and comfortable apartment
The apartment was spacious and clean. The basement garage was well organized and guarded. The internet worked well

Nothing flash but tidy and good location
The bed was comfortable
No elevator and 4 sets of stairs with three bags was not fun! The rooms were dated with no mini bar or refreshments on offer. In my opinion I would have had more value at a hostel!

What was the highlight of Ventura Hotel & Suites Interlomas
Would recommend if a need to be in this area of Mexico City.
Front desk was very helpful, room cleaning staff especially the young man who cleaned our suite and spoke a little English were very good. The room was well equipped and exceeded our expectations. Hotel in general was very clean and non smoking ! The hotel was very central if you had need to be in that area. The only issue we had was the breakfast buffet ( limited and poor quality) as was the service 2 out of 3 days.. We had a wonderful young gentleman on Monday , April 30 who was attentive and cheerful. But Tues and Weds we had different staff and non existent service. And yes we do tip ( propina ) even when breakfast was included.
The sofa bed in suite was very difficult to sleep on.. Rooms on front of hotel are noisy.
